I'd only be dropping this off or collecting if you are within 10 miles of home tbh, there's a lockdown on for very good reasons. You can expect a hefty fine (and rightly so) and to be turned back if you are stopped travelling these sort of distances for anything that isnt a real emergency. If it isnt going by courier or post then dont be pressured into making poor choices please. OP you may as well either sit on it until lockdown is lifted or break it and send the parts tbh, you'll get your money that way albeit slower.

Any issues with the motor mount? I'd probably want some support under the can for bashing.

Thanks guys this has helped me avoid wasting time and money on bits that wont fit. Needs an engine, initial thought was go electric, cheapest option would be petrol and want more power than standard. Does the standard drive train stand up to much abuse? or should i look to get this running and move it on for a 5ive platform instead?

Ah, good job I asked then. Is there a diagram or list I can refer to that might help me work out what bits might fit? or do I just go DBXL specific? Cheers

I have just bought a DBXL project, what parts can or cannot be swapped over from similar trucks? i.e if i see 5ive t upgrades or bits am i good to go? Cheers
