  1. Forgot to bump this yesterday. I should probably put ‘em on EBay but it feels like admin and CBA.
  2. This is my second one and definitely not my last.
  3. Started building it… (Orlandoo Hunter 1/35 scale Jeep kit)
  4. Nobody crashes on purpose but luckily, FTX parts are cheap.👍
  5. Hmmm, interesting. So does that work in reverse? If you charge in the warm and then go outside in the cold you lose some charge? I keep/charge mine in a steel ammo box, at room temperature. It was -2 when I called it a day on Monday. That’s about a 22 degree temperature swing.
  6. Bump. Will consider reasonable offers. Will bump a couple more times then stick em on fleabay
  7. Bumpety bump. C’mon folks, roll up, roll up! Get yr Dremel accessories here. Time to treat yourself to that flexible shaft you know you’ve always wanted. 😂
  8. It’ll be fine once you’ve ragged it up a bit. Personally I like it though.👍
  9. Hi, I have these Dremel accessories which are surplus to requirements. All brand new, never used. Dremel flexible shaft (225) £25 Dremel line and circle cutter (678) £12 Dremel detailers grip (577) £10 (Plus another that is in “as new” condition. It has been used, briefly, but I didn’t get on with it so £8) Dremel shaping platform (576) £10 I also have a spare carry case, and blue wall mounted “holster” thingy (which also fits neatly in the case) which I find far more useful than I expected. Really no idea what to ask for these but think £15 and £8 respectively seem fair prices. All prices plus postage, Will consider swaps (I could really do with a good servo). Will sell as a job-lot for slightly less
  10. Really not feeling gaming right now. Started on a zx80🤣, had Segas, Nintendos, PC(briefly), PlayStations 1,2,3 and 4, but don’t think I’ll be getting a PS5. Have a soft spot for Trackmania. It’s much better on PC, but still fun on PS4. The last game I played right through was Ghost of Tsushima, cracking game. Currently playing Horizon, forbidden West, but have played it so infrequently I’ve forgotten the bloody controls!
  11. Yes, it leaves the pinion and spur exposed. Mine has a steel spur and pinion, which eat gravel for breakfast. It barely shows any sign of wear. (Despite the rest of the car disintegrating around it). My attempts at trying to seal the original equipment up were pretty fruitless, but I’m sure there are others who‘ve managed it.
  12. You have just learned the first lesson of RC. RTR doesn’t mean “ready to run”, it means “ready to repair” 🤣 Luckily parts are cheap for these. Amazed you managed to do all that damage without breaking a swing arm! would recommend replacing top plate with carbon fibre option but resist temptation to get too many alloy parts. The single best upgrade for these in my opinion is a steel spur and pinion.
  13. I’d be interested to see how this goes together too.
  14. Grey heron. If I’m not taking pics of RC cars, I’m usually pointing my camera at wildlife.
  15. I might do, yes, but my “workshop” is being used as a bedroom for my son who’s home for Christmas. Fussy bugger preferred his old room to the sofa! I get the room back on Friday 😁👍
  16. My next project. 😁😁😁(Delivered by sleigh).
  17. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CmZChywqUht/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Instagram reel of my Element Enduro.
  18. I have already put my name down for one with the importer😁😁😁
