  1. Here is my DumboRC X6PM-350 6 channel, i find this a lovely radio to use, all the buttons illuminate when pressed showing what channel is in use, it will do multi model but does not store so a case of binding a car to the TX if you want to change over, not all that practical but then this TX is only £23 on Banggood i added the wide elastic bands to the wheel to assist with one handed driving
  2. Might have to ask you about some left over stuff you may have when i get the F-150
  3. Nice but cant help think the big 370 may be overkill it would for me
  4. Dumborc naff name but quality kit, very good radio
  5. Don't do the oven method, I would try soaking the rims in isopropylene and leaving it for a few days
  6. I guess not room for a Li-Ion pack in there, i made an 18650 3S 1P pack for my flysky gt3 and only charge it about 3 times a year and unlike a lipo the Li-Ion battery likes to be left charged
  7. 100% agree on my original one i taped over the logo, but now i just live with the brand name
  8. This is new as in not run other than testing indoors, and its built on the FTX 1/10 builders kit, has mg servo and 540 brushless motor with 60 amp esc, no radio supplied and body is HPI focus, this car has a bit of a tight diff not sure if front or back but with wheel nuts nipped up it binds a bit so needs sorting price is £100 collected or £115 posted economy with Evri
  9. Im hearing rumours that MJX are bringing out a 1/10th hypergo MT, and that it will trash Arrma bl3 stuff as full metal gears all way through and 4S out of box, should be a total winner

    1. wombat

      wombat

If its the same quality as the smaller ones they should be onto a winner, will be looking out for this one

Will I be able to pop to the shop 2 miles from my house to get parts though like I can for an Arrma?

@Kpowell911.....unlike the Arrma you would not need parts for it ha ha

  10. think its a different kit for the hi trail, also planning to drop the ride height a few mm but want to stick to stock wheels and tyres, may go for a brass link set to pop a bit of low weight
  11. Gonna order the Traxxas 4m Ford F-150 end of month, as im waiting on a bodyshell to come in stock, do i get Brown, Blue or Black, will be removing the roll bar as i dont think it looks right, also i would like to remove the front super white lights and go with warm white but i gue ss i wont be able to do that
  12. Dumbo rc radio are really good also have a decent range on them even the lower price ones will work with multi vehicles as they bind really easy via a tiny button on the RX
  13. If you run in water a lot then vented not so good, water sitting in the tyres can destroy foams, if the rims are vented seal with a little dab of hot glue as this can easy be removed
  14. so if i get the 4m f-150 looks like the injora esc and maybe a set of brass links
  15. some good video`s Steephill, BTW is there any other ESC other than trax and Injora for the trx4m on brushed
  16. Out of stock till early next month but im not in a rush
  17. Bit of a thumbs up to .A.J i have been thinking about a new shell for my gatekeeper, first i looked at the Ecto as a direct fit but then i look at the Zuul clear shell and think i can really work with that, if not for this thread i may not of had this idea
  18. Interesting new model, a nice change from the usual stuff
  19. Well people, i have taken the decision to sell on my Cross rc NT4 Unimog, this comes with Hobbywing quickrun 1080 ESC, upgraded metal beadlock wheels and roof spot lights, has stock tyres as these seem pretty decent, stock Dumborc radio and is all set up ready for you to put a lipo in and enjoy. This model is in extremely good condition having only been run about 6 times, it has 2 speed transmission and remote locking diffs, Portal axles. In one pic of the cab roof you will see i had to hide a pair of small holes i had made probably the only cosmetic blemish on this model but the pair of holes have a small sheet of plasticard bonded under Now to price, yes i will lose a small fortune on this but better to sell on rather than it take up valuable model storage space so it cost just shy of £400 a few months back plus added value from ESC and Alloy wheels, so my price is £310 for the model collected from Halifax area of west yorks, i still have the packaging so post would be possible but due to weight and insuring to value this would be an extra £20.....however at this stage i am reluctant to post, my price is fixed so wont be taking offers This is on sale as i just dont seem to bond with Cross models, it drives just as it should, everything works as it should
  20. Actually i might want to replace the Traxxarse ESC as i could then run it from one of my other radio`s, i have never liked the big TX that the little truck comes with and of course there would be the option to sell of the traxx esc and radio
  21. This is my playground its Harden Moor park near Keighley West yorks stunning place for trail and crawlers and covers about 85 acres so very large
