Not heard of doing this but think if it wont fit i will just have to order more parts and sell the new unused bits, i might be lucky maybe banggood have got dimensions wrong

Oh dear, looks like i have made a huge - - - - up i dont think the 120 amp esc is gonna fit in the strada.................oops

Today its the speed flea speed logger gps for the project fast strada (or Hoboa at later date lol)

My Speed Flea has arrived, quick power up outside and it soon got sats, seems to work and a tiny little unit, dont know when i will test it but might put it in car as i have to go out and pick wife up in a bit

The Speed flea has arrived, how tiny is it shown hooked up to an 1800 2s lipo

For now its a surpass hobby 3660 3300kv, just cheap motor for testing, may upgrade it at a later date, here is a odd thing, 5200mah 2s lipo does not really fit, but the 2650mah 4s fits like a glove

BTW i have already dropped the ride height as the back was way to high

Having decided to keep the Senton, do i order the dusty motors crud net, is this product as good as it seems

Now my TC Strada has arrived i would say im on target cost is: £104 for the car with radio, another £47 FOR ESC and brushless motor £14 for race foam tyres and lipo comes in at £24 but already got lipo`s 4s 2650mah

The Strada project car has arrived this is for thre sub £200 speed car and as a project for me to see if i can get it to over 70mph, my target speed now waiting on the brushless set up so i can run it 4s

I have decided to keep the Senton, but now on lookout for a narrow shell to fit on it, i like the HPI Jumpshot truggy shell but cant find out if it would fit.......open to suggestions

I would prefer to sell the senton, but it may not go and not letting it go for silly money, so there is the option of making it into a tarmac speeder, but lets see how the Strada project goes first, and yes i will be reporting back on the speed flea

loads of different lipo`s out there, look on Hobbyking for the cost of that overlander you could get 2 or maybe 3 lipo`s arounf 3-4000mah about 60C if you do just make sure you order from UK shop

I prefer to use them hence the senton can go, but if it does not sell then i might use it in better weather, even seen a "Senton GT" that clocked 124 mph..........hmm

Thats a pretty big lipo and a lot of weight, smaller is better as already said for speed runs, this is why i want to use my 2650 4s packs, but they are only rated to 20-30C

cool, when mine arrives i might as well test it in a last run on the senton, its the fastest car i own................for now

Dug out a motor cooling fan and fitted a futaba plug, and soldered up a series connector XT60, as i may pick up a pair of 2s high C 4000mah lipo`s for the final speed runs, at least i feel i am making a start while i wait for the car and parts to arrive, and here is a google image of the car i will be based on
