  1. I knew the 690 lc4 motors had a good amount of torque, I didn't know it was that much... I've had a few rides out, taking it easy running the motor in. I love it, can't stop grinning after riding it. I had to get rid of the hideous stock number plate holder monstrosity of a thing and fit a tail tidy. Looks way better but I've probably just voided my warranty ๐Ÿคฆ Arrow can๐ŸคŸ
  2. I had them on a Ktm 640 and cbr600rr. Great sounding pipes๐Ÿ‘.
  3. Not rc related but... ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸคŸ
  4. Xmaxx. That's if you leave it box stock, very reliable. FTX tracer, another that can take proper skate park abuse. Trx4, very reliable out the box.
  5. Picked this up yesterday... No more digging snow this winter.
  6. @tanveer I've had a Ktm 640 and 450 husaberg supermoto. Proper good fun๐Ÿ‘. @Nitroholic apparently the newer lc4 motors are quite reliable. Fingers crossed though ๐Ÿคž.
  7. Got a new bike coming, hopefully next week๐Ÿคž Nice and sensible bike. Not really, ktm 690 smc r ๐ŸคŸ
  8. I'd go with the DDF350. I've had a rc4gs and got a few other radiolink controllers. For the money you can't really fault the DDF350. It's good on batteries, compared to the radiolink, that are a bit power hungry. Dumbo receivers cost less than radiolink, not loads but a bit cheaper.
  9. I think I might have annoyed it.
  10. Flying with a buzzard...
  11. Some 6s lipo batteries ๐ŸคŸ
  12. Built a toothpick. Get about 6-7 minutes on a 500mah 2s. That's just cruising about. 3 minutes freestyle or ripping around hard. 3s 650mah is better for that get about 5 minutes of ripping. Dji 04 (lite version). Found the canopy and camera mount on thingiverse. Very quiet compared to my freestyle quads. @Partydaz bettle bodies look cool on a basher ๐ŸคŸ I have on for my slash.
  13. A little hill dive with my Quadmula Djinn... I tried tapping the wall near the top, don't know if I got it. I'll keep practicing until I get it. Long steep walk if I mess it up or a big tumble.
  14. Pretty much the same thing
  15. It's possible to get them off. This is done in fpv builds. It's better to direct solder the motor wires to the esc. Get flux and decent quality solder, I use a flux pen, you can get them off amazon. You need a big enough tip to heat all the pins of each at the same time. It looks like three per connector? Or 6 pin? Put some flu. On the pins and apply heat with a bit of solder, when you see the solder flow pull the plastic part and it should remove.
  16. ๐Ÿคฃ The neighbours know it's me now. I love the noise. Ripping past myself and throttle punches sounds well good. I did a mint dive down a steep hill through a gap in the trees, I'll try and find the video.
  17. Printed some tpu parts. I've wrecked a battery so I found this shark fin on printables. A bit of protection for the lipo. Also easier to flip back over after a crash.
  18. Built another Quadmula Djinn. Reframed one of my other quads. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  19. Pulled a few parts of the Capra to get the fpv equipment in. I've mounted the gimbal to peice of plastic and it's cable tied to the cage. The head tracking combined with the digital camera is amazing. I gave it a quick test...
  20. Got the head tracking working on my fpv crawler build!
  21. Goggles, got the walksnail goggles x.
  22. I've been wanting to do this for a while. I've had a go with very basic analogue systems and it's good fun but digital fpv is amazing. I'm going try a Caddx gm3 gimbal so I get head tracking Here's the truck I'll be using... The fpv system is a Walksnail moonlight 4k. I did have someone that was doing 3d printing for me but they have spat their dummy out for some unknown reason So I've finally ordered a 3d printer.
