  1. Anyone ever go bashing around here? Just got into the hobby would be good to know of any good spots or meetups.
  2. Would a base model Arrma Granite be possible for £200 used? Obviously the brushed, Nicd version.
  3. Thanks for letting me know! I probably should have stated the flux version (more because of it's upgrades as apparently normal one is a bit of a cheese), but again anything similar MT I am also open to.
  4. As above or similar. MT preferred for versatility, ideally RTR or ARTR. Budget £150. Please let me know! Currently trawling through eBay.
  5. I'm finding the speed/throttle extremely sensitive on my A979. It's extremely fast which is fine but the controller trigger seems to have such a short throw it's like an on/off switch and at times uncontrollable. Is there any way to improve this?
  6. I'm trying to revive my 12 year old HPI Nitro Rush that's been stowed away and neglected in our garage for the last 10(!) years or so. I left it with half a tank of fuel and no after run oil. It was so manky. Residue and fuel grime all over it, inside and out. I got it out and completely disassembled it over a few days and cleaned each part individually. Got a new air filter, new pipes, new turnbuckles, new springs/shock oil, and now awaiting fuel. I'm hoping it will start. Poor thing, I neglected it so much. I was 16 when I got it and didn't know how to care for it then, didn't even break the engine in . Worked like a beast before I left it though, and the servo batteries still had power! After 10 years! RC Transmitter was dead with battery residue left in though, but recently tested all electrics with new batteries and looks good. Fingers crossed when I try to pull start it again when the fuel comes.
