Fitted new spur gear and hopefully meshed the gears ok using the paper method

Ok Ty for that I'll stick with plastic and mesh it correctly

Metal 32P shaft is 5mm which is too big for my motor

Ps All I can find metal spur is 32P not 48P I'm running 14t 86t what would I need on 32p

Wh3I could not find a metal spur so orded plastic. I think I meshed it too tight. Im running brushless lasted 20 mins I landed a jump on the rear wheels when it happened

Hi My Slash 2wd spur gear has been worn down by the metal pinion, did I mesh it incorrectly? Would a metal spur gear help if can find one ? TIA Rob

Fitted pinion with threadlock and programmed my ESC oh and charged battery for play tomorrow

Changed the shock oil in my daughter's ION RX and adjusted the steering so it goes straight now !
