  1. Just fill them upside down , Losi shocks were like this for years.
  2. Each final is its own race, that would be like giving everyone in a Formula 1 race a trophy, but the F3 race earlier that day gets nothing. Its about racing against people who are equal (more or less) and not crashing under the pressure.
  3. SOLD Having a bit of a tidy up here, I have some escs and motors that have been run once, This is a pair of cheap chinese 120a esc's with 4 pole 3900kv motors, I have 1 programmer for these. I have tested these and they work ok, I had them in a clodbuster so only needed the one programmer. Would like to sell as a set, 2 x esc, 2 x motor, 1 x programmer. - £35 posted
  4. Jam something in there to stop the center diff turning at all, then try to turn the front wheels over by hand and then the rear, if you can get them to "slip" follow the movement from wheel, to driveshaft, to drive cups, to diff, to prop, etc to identify where its breaking down.
  5. Got out yesterday for a few minutes when it was dry.
  6. All looks really nice, I'd love to build one of these one day. EXCEPT that rear skid plate looks a bit rough! if you want I can cut one for you for a few quid, just need the dimensions or a DXF or send me one.
  7. Thats great to hear thank you. Your Silkcut Lunchbox was in my top 3 to win the suspension last week!
  8. Just cheaper to hit the whole shell with paint, its all about the profit
  9. Hi guys, just finished a new chassis for the Clodbuster, this is a replacement for the stock plastic tub for people that want to keep the original stock clod ladder bar suspension, not everyone wants to go full blown race chassis!
  10. Hiya, yes I am UKMonsters. Let me know if you need anything, happy to help.
  11. Hiya, wow its been 10 years! I still have the truggy actually, its my go to bashing vehicle. In terms of parts I upgraded the spider diff gears to the "hard" versions as the standard ones break after a while on 6s. Apart from that, I made all the chassis conversion parts.
  12. Amount of travel looks normal in your video
  13. Hi, yes you are correct, im getting my new and old catetgorys muddled, it was a Cat C, the old format, it was a R32, this was a few years ago now!
  14. If its a newish car and already been through an MOT I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you can see pictures of what damage it had then this is key. I have seen a Golf R32 written off as a cat S because the interior was stolen, the cost of a replacement leather interior from VW was nearly as much as the car. Labour nowadays is also crazy, especially when a body shop knows its an insurance job. My fiesta had a ding in the bumper and it was nearly written off as the shop was estimating £500 for just the paint from Ford, bumper brackets £400 etc, it was mad. So look at each car for its own damage rather than just in general.
  15. Truck with electronics (but minus the Lipo), posted £220
  16. bump before ebay, open to offers.
