Sorry to drag up an old post, does anyone know if the app still exists? Just picked up the wifi module and can't find the app. Modelsport or Schumacher can't direct me to it...

Looked at it. Its been sat in pieces doing nothing for 6 months. Feel like I've forgotten everything about it.

Had 6 months or so away from the hobby due to the fantastic weather not permitting me to do anything electric TC based at our club. Will be heading over for a practice tomorrow morning providing I can get the car back together! - could be interesting / depressing.

I got a Bitty Design Striker the other week. Not bothered painting it yet because it was awful as soon as I cut it out. The sides sprung out about an inch each side and it looks ridiculous. Really disappointed because I had high hopes for the bitty design shells. Will get the Nardo soon and see if it restores my faith in the brand.

Correct. They do an optional one. Might invest!

I think if awesomatix carry on gaining popularity and put some high profile wins under their belts this season, the other manufacturers would have to take notice and start stealing ideas! I think the problem at the minute is people being too dependant on the familiarity of current TC designs - Maybe shaft driven cars will make a comeback.. I'd also like Serpent to design a new TC from scratch!

Just taken Chassis out to dry it off completely - the front belt was twisted and was touching the pinion... Wonder if that was the cause of my problems - maybe corrosion x wasn't to blame.. That'll show me for running my belts too loose.

I had a decent lead too - annoying to say the least.

Turns out it's not as good as people say it is. P*ssed it down in the finals today - 3 laps in the car starts cogging, stopping and starting by itself so ended up retiring. Looks like I'm going to have to set a proper wet car up with a plastic tub.

Raced it, 2nd in first qualifier, 1st in the second and third, retired in the final. Corrosion x didn't work as well as i'd hoped..

if you can afford it, buy the best chassis you can - in the long run you'll end up spending more by buying an entry level car then outgrowing it sooner than you think.. Touring cars become seriously addictive and you'll find yourself forever wanting more gear.

I've just corrosion x'd everything on mine in preparation for tomorrow! Hope it's as good as people say it is!
