The tyres on the 3.3 jato are crap .I found the tyres on the first 2.5 jato were ok on short grass.give them a try.

Think i will go with the picco off modelsport.Not a bad price as well.Is it more powerful than the trx 3.3?

Whats the picco conversion for the revo like?Ive had the rb 323 in my revo and it developed an air leak at the front bearing after a gallon.I just want an easy to tune engine that got plenty of grunt .ideas any one?

Last weekend i was out with the revo when i noticed the engine sounding rough .This is the third engine that ive had now and in each case the rear bearing has failed.Why are these engines so bloody expensive any way?IM going to stick to the 2.5 engine as the one in my jato is going strong after 2 gallons.Has any one else had this problem as when i told modelsport they said it was a new one on them.

Yeah that right.From what your describing its running too lean.Trust me they are a pig to start when its cold so nothing wrong there.Just re check your settings again and check exhaust it tight where it goes on to engine.it will be some thing easy im sure.

Get a 2.5 on ebay for about £60.

Also the lsn should flush .Turn the screw so iys flush with the end if you know what i mean.1.75 turns is too lean.

Just check its connected ok and nothing is blocking it.Open the lid on fuel tank and make sure the rubber seal is seated in the groove .

Ive got a 2.5 in a jato and its a cracking engine but the3.3 dont bother again.

Check the pressure line that goes from the exhaust to tank is ok.Then check the seal on the fuel tank lid is seated ok.

You will find the bits of metal are bits of the bearing.Did the engine sound a bit rattley before it broke?

Check the pressure line off the exhaust.

Trust me the engines are the worst IMO.Ive had 3 and they all failed after a gallon.The rear bearing failed in each case.I would not have one for free!!

Im looking at the FALCON FA 28 on modelsport for £159 to go in my st pro.Has any one got feedback on what its like?Good / bad?

The reason it stalls when its put on the floor is because the clutch is engaged.The spring in the clutch holds it back until you rev it.The rubbing noise will be the clutch.

Sounds to me like your clutch spring has broken.Had the same problem my self once.You need to take clutch bell off to inspect.

I do reply to other people when i know the answer.Ive put a questions on here and not had one reply.

it had stock oil in it.

I carnt believe the poor response im getting on this site.Look at the amount of people looking at topics but no replies.

tubing is long on the pressure line.Its not the tank as it is fine with my 3.3 engine.

If the slipper clutch is not tight enough it will rev its nuts off and wont change gear.

Has any one else got any advice on this?PLEASE.

My revo with an RB 323 engine has been doing my head in for weeks.The problem is it cuts out for no reason.But this only happens when you go to turn left.If your going in a straight line or turning right its perfect.Today when it cut out i had a look and i could see an air bubble in the fuel line right next to the carb.Its as if gravity is pulling the fuel away from the carb?Ive now turned the carb fuel nipple 180 degrees so the fuel line comes in from the near side of the truck but have not tried it yet.Ive fitted new fuel lines and a new tank so there not to blame.Has any one got the same problem?Help wanted please!!!!

Spent £25 on a centre diff as its meant to make the truck handle better.I put up with it for a couple of weeks but from the start i hated it.Yes it makes the revo turn in better but thats it for me.Wack the throttle open and the engine screams its head off as the front tyres spin out of control.Its even worse if going around a corner as the inside tyre balloons badly.Now its out of the revo it pulls off a lot quicker and now the engine doesnt sound like its going to explode.Keep your money in your pocket in my opinion.
