    How we all doing? Ive been lurking still, just not buying or using RCs! Been busy enjoying being a Dad, my daughter is somehow 10 months old now and developing a right character!! Ive also started a new job which is errr different but in a good way. Ive also got back into the gym (I needed too 😳!) and Ive lost just under 3st now, but its very time consuming! How are we all?

      Im not bothered about packing on muscle like I used to back in the day, just want to be a bit fitter and healthier but still enjoy a beer here and there 🙂
