This is the program box I use.The lvc is set at only 3.0v which is to low so I have changed it to 3.4v.

I have just put a racestar 4500kv in mine and I haven't Benn out with it yet but it's definitely faster.Like you I don't want crazy speeds so hopefully this should be good.No the mesh isn't adjustable as mentioned but I am sure it could be done.I reckon with a 2s this will be crazy.

Just need the battery connection plug to come then I can fit a radio,centre the servo and fit the servo saver and see if it works.

I have 100k front,500k centre and 60k rear.

A guy on ebay sells these.You have to cut them out yourself tho.

They do or used to the punish it one for the kraton without holes.I fitted one to my dr8.

A cheap radio for my boy and I must say for £26 it actually feels quite nice.

I ran it quite a lot before it got put in the shed and the motor was always OK.That was on nimh and a 2s lipo.Maybe I got lucky.The stock motors are cheap tho so that's not a problem and knowing my boy he will want to get back to his xbox before the motor has a chance to get warm😪

A few upgrades for the rally

No I haven't ran it how it is yet in its current form.Its not a basher as mentioned above but when I used to use it it was OK but this is for my son now as a trail truck.I have done the battery position mod and just waiting for a radio to turn up.It has the carbon chassis,fro t sway bar,alloy trailing arns,trailing arm mounts,front hinge pin holders,ackerman plate and alloy rear chassis braces oh and badland tyres.A Park near me has massive mud hills that are great for rock bouncing up so hopefully it will be good for that.

Got my boys outlaw nearly ready but the blue heatsink is bugging me so going to have to deanodise it.

Maybe hex extenders but I am not sure with the newer mx28's.

You can't get these ones anymore but you can get them belted now with removable hubs.They are proline mx28's.

It's a totally different car with the mx28's compared to the stock tyres.16th pinion and 4s and it was wheeling on wet grass and mud🙂.Mine are the early ones that arnt belted.

No mate I have been to busy sorting some other things.Got the dr8 sorted and rebuilding an ftx outlaw for my son to go trailing in the woods.The hyper is in bits in my room while I do the diffs.Done the centre with 500k but stuck about what to go with front and rear.

I have dug my old outlaw out of the shed so my son can use it as a trail truck in the woods.I have done the battery mod and bought a hobbywing 1060 esc for it.Opened the diffs up to clean and re grease and then hopefully it's good to go.

From what I have seen of mine so far it's well worth the money and spares and upgrades are way cheaper than arrma and the like.
