Ok, looks like you can buy direct from Horizon.com. You have to Pay duties and taxes at the till.

 

I paid £699 for my Losi DBXL K&N few weeks ago. Shipped Direct from Horizon its now £1092...... 

What!

 I think we're in the downdraft of the proverbial hitting the fan.

The smell ain't pretty and it doesn't look good either.

I'm putting all new RC purchases on hold for now, see what happens in a few months with exchange rates and whatever these manufacturers are doing and not doing.

No, HorizonHobby.co.uk is still going buddy it's the Direct shop for the UK now.

 

They are doing quite a bit of work to the site at the mo, prob just down for maintenance.  It'll be be back up soon.

 

The R8's ar a bargain, about £400.  They are end on line though and will be discontinued in the near future.

Emailed Horizon about my order and there reply was -

Due to recent ill health and now not being able to drive or lift anything for 6 months seemed pointless me having one for now ..

Well thats three brands to the dust. Losi can join the elite brands now lol. 

 

Mugen, serpent and the others hardly ever seen in the uk now. Cen, thunder tiger these two could jump up now. 

 

Ms isnt getting more losi stock mayb they know to hike it up cos losi fans will pay it if its the easiest way to order and warranty ect ect. Why not drag out the last crate lol. 

My order left Germany yesterday. but my tracking number does not show much progress yet
