Must admit, a couple of those and some rubble in the garden, seems like it would be loads of fun.

Sadly, these little vehicles are usually very toy grade in steering and under power.

Wonder if these particular ones are any better.

    Horizon are killing it atm!

Checking the length, that would be an excellent fit with some creativity, I bet the wheelbase is pretty close.

Horizon is listing it at £119.99. £25 more than the barrage 1/24 is that ecx? Sounds ok since it will draw a huge following mayb cheaper on deals says too. Was hoping 99 lol. Owell. My tot already chose the yellow jeep.

My only thing with anything small scale is they don't really move realistic, they just don't have the same sort of physics and are a bit lumpy. Has anyone experienced a micro crawler before? As I'm with @Oh How Original, this seems like a lot of fun while not having to leave my back garden!

I had a Losi micro back in the day, think it was a trail trekker.

But it was too small, I think 16th/18th scale is where it's at for indoor use or a little area in the garden with a few twigs and peddles.

Unless you have a huge garden, which I do, but have never pulled my finger out to make a 1/10 course.

So would you say 1/24 is too small for outdoor use then?

I could easily build a 1/10th course but I don't want to take up all my garden, lol.

Honestly, it depends how easily pleased you are.

They can be like you said before, a bit of a lump.

That being said, these do look a touch bigger than the usual 1/24th, plus they are from a very reputable brand who know how to make RCs.

If it's not too expensive, I will no doubt get one just to try.

Slightly bigger is preference, merely because it's closer to what most people use as standard.

Smaller ones definitely take a different kind of driving style.
