😆 1/2 a kilo on the roof - should sort any low COG issues right out

I get some scale accessories for 'realism' but deploying a tent is getting a little bit too 'Barbie and Action Man go camping' for me

Scalers really don't worry about cog most of the time, agree though, it's not for me at all, would rather use that space/weight/money for stuff that actually works.

So all the knuckle, axle, wheel and chassis weights are just a way of ridding oneself of all that pesky disposable income?😆

Not sure how that relates to a scaler.

Unless you're classing lexan bodies as scalers.

I guess that or a custom build on something like an SCX10.

In which case no, they are generally for better ackerman, clocking, strength and steering angle in some cases.

I see full on scale trucks as static models in which case a roof tent would fit it. I'm much more concerned with performance as well as resembling a proper truck. So for me, the tent would stay in the garage...

Yup, very scale indeed, you would see something like that (landy near me has something similar) in 1:1 but.... for what I’d use on isn’t really worth the outlay....

would look good for those proper scale shots or those videos (seen some scale adventures on YouTube) though.
