How much, Are they serious 

Two nut drivers for 60 quid when I can get a 7 piece Wera set from Amazon Prime that will be here tomorrow for 26 quid.

Ouch!! Do people really pay these sort of prices?

You know, There are a good few that will pay this sort of money just cos it has an RC branding, And they think it looks good in there fold out pouch.

 And I personally hate this style of handle, Uncomfortable and remind me of cheap £1 screwdrivers.

Got to agree, you get no grip whatsoever on those types of handles, but they are made by MIP so some people will pay for them

It's rather worrying times when this is classed as RC News though to be honest.

My weapon of choice now is a Bosch compact drill/driver with a set of steel hex bits. Has torque settings that vary from not enough to drive in even small screws fully into plastic to a 10mm drill in steel.

Not for me, I’ll be sticking to my Arrowmax tools  

EDS and Turnigy. EDS are good tools and Turnigy are cheap and cheerful but quiet hardy plus if you snap a hex driver they are buttons to replace.

personally I have paid £50-60 for individual snap on ratchet drivers as they last, its all relative as I use therm for work...just as a rc racer/pro may use these...I think that's clearly the market they're aiming at, especially given Schumacher is the distributor

Probs more profit in just whacking a cheap handle on a nice shaft ....I must say I would of expected a rubber grip, not a fan of resin/plastic only handles personally

To be fair the yanks do make good tools....the kind that will still be around in 50-100 years....as opposed to some wilko brand pliers

 

 

I had Facom Philips screwdriver with life time garentee,Had it 15 years or more, The end wore out, So I cut it down and used it as a hinge pin in the X2.

I had all SnapOn when I was on the cars. I bought a set of 10 Flank drive spanners when they were just out for £250 . That was about 30 years ago , they got nicked.. But that much money on those few MIP's is criminal.
