They've been fine. I've got a few sets, all really smooth apart from the first set I bought, they stick a little. I've had to use the stiffer springs on some of the hard body trucks. The tarantula and kangaroo sag down nicely with the softer springs.2 points

I had that trouble with a servo saver for my mod Clod, steering was a mess, not even a strong Kimborough would work. Eventually grabbed the heavy duty GPM one and for Β£9 it does well. Not the finest out there but a good balance of cheap/good/etc1 point

Oooh sunshine, couldnβt resist having another play, sorry, test the progress on the course. Even managed a little βcampingβ tripβ¦lmao. Topless shot!! Thatβs all for now. i will add though, dont like to toot ones own bugle but the Defender is a changed truck now, it goes where you point it (apart from the front bumper but that has to stay.) the Chevy drives much better although i honestly think that the motor is struggling a touch compared to the Defender both have identical gearing (the bigger tyres on the Chevy is about all the difference i can findβ¦.. cheers.1 point

Yeah they all work as long as they got same connection as ESC. I use traxxas / gensace / turnigy lipos no problems at all with traxxas & hobbywing set ups. I am slowly swapping over the traxxas connecters I have added to XT90 as I find they fit really well and don't come loose.1 point

Definitely, Proline ibex are 70 odd quid a set! They do them in 2.2, so I've ordered a set to try on the rhino.1 point

Fitted a SSD rear diamond and changed the wheels and tyres. I've got the diamond front but I'm not sure if the servo mount will fit.1 point

After watching some youtube videos I had an attempt at painting concrete the other week on a spare bit of plywood. I thought it might be more interesting than a flat grey floor. Can't decide if I'm going to try and do it again on the actual floor. It was an interesting experiment though.1 point

Done a few bits to the k10. It really struggled crawling with the stock gearing so 32% underdrive gears and aluminium gearbox. Swapped the chassis over to the injora lcg chassis. It's sitting a little lower. I'm probably going to have to go to a smaller tyre size to lower it further. I'm not keen on chopping the body on this one, well just yet anyway. Shocks tuning next.1 point

The servo saver arrived, itβs rubbish, sloppy on the servo splines and the spring is well too soft, itβs either 100% locked or flaps around in the wind π0 points
