  4. New - only used indoors. Not marks or scratched on chassis. Like new, you would not be disappointed. Brought new spent extra on up-grading to R-spec. The TT-02-R is one of the most sought after kits available from Tamiya. It features the popular TT-02 chassis which has been hopped-up. They also feature some incredibly detailed body shells of iconic cars such as the Porsche 911 RSR Chassis body shown here. Paint is in ICONIC Metallic Silver with race detailing. Also fitted with a set of Fuch wheels, extra wide on the rear and slimmer on the front which set the car off. Includes Electronic Speed Controller. A complete kit ready to use or race. These kits are well balanced from standard with the additional minor upgrades listed below help with better car control. This refined, race-spec version of the TT-02 chassis features a wide range of option parts and newly-designed components to make it ready to race! The included racing spec parts include upgraded uprights, motor mount, shafts, joint cups and more, while the suspension is fitted with metal parts and CVA oil dampers. It retains the TT-02's versatility and easy-to-drive characteristics. Brake disc-shaped, wheel hubs which add to the chassis' highly realistic appearance. The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension features friction dampers and uses identical L/R suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly and maintenance. Both the motor and the battery are longitudinally-placed in the ABS resin chassis for excellent balance. Upright assembly can be changed to give the chassis an extra 4mm of travel for Rally racing Here for sale is my KIT Tamiya TT02-R car, started life as a TT-02-R with minor upgrades as listed below. 7. As a german living in the UK, the "not powerful" comment is not just relative as GMballistics mentioned, it's entirely nonsense really if you think about it. I know for a fact that parents tell their kids "but why do you need that much power anyway" - and as someone who moved over from a country where you can indeed use any amount of power (.. well, as long as the car is legal) properly, i agree now. I owned everything from a 330hp E30 3 series, a Megane RS Trophy that i raced on the Nordschleife, a Hyundai Coupe (my first car ) etc - now i'm old, sitting on a 1.5l 150hp petrol SEAT Ateca and wishing i'd had taken the 115hp diesel for it, because even 150hp is, objectively, too much in the UK. The entire "well you need umph to overtake a bike etc" is nonsense too, i took some driving lessons over here to get used to driving right hand and on the (to me) other side of the road (better be safe than sorry), in a 70hp hyundai i20 - and that's plenty to overtake a bike on the road, from experience. As was said: enjoy it for what it is, i'm at the age now where i look more at my "mpg dial" than i look at the spec sheet. I bet you get better than my 42ish mpg (and that's with trickery like start/stop and sailing in eco mode), which makes it in the current climate (no pun intended) definitely worth owning. I was hoping that the guy who sold the Outcast recently would've added his car here too, he took pictures of his Outcast sitting on a BMW 2002 Tii, beautiful thing.

  8. Yeah I wanted something sensible, reliable and cheap to run. I'm 26 but had my license for 6 years, just haven't had the money or reason to own a car. It's a lovely little runner and I'm really happy with it.

  10. Another one I spotted today popped up in case you didn't win the other one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Losi-mini-8ight/283749617010?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140107094819%26meid%3Dc248ec9382f144f9b5237edf2825ee57%26pid%3D100039%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D274213561809%26itm%3D283749617010%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2054436&_trksid=p2054436.c100039.m2059

  11. http://speedrc.co.uk/trackstar-backpack-hauler/ It used to be cheaper (https://hobbyking.com/en_us/trackstar-vehicle-hauler-backpack.html) but isn't in stock. Great little piece of kit, got two of them - one for my wifes SCT, one for mine. Work an absolute treat. You'd need to check where to get it in the netherlands though (or, again, france/germany). edit: woops, nevermind - Kraton 4s doesn't fit, it's too wide. It'd fit if you take the wheels off, but honestly, there's better solutions for a Kraton than that then. Look at banggood.com and search for "tactical backpack". Looks a bit tacky, but who gives a damn, find one that fits the Kratons dimensions and bobs your uncle. edit2: here's two options that should fit your kraton based on the size advertised. https://www.banggood.com/90L-Outdoor-Folding-Bag-Military-Tactical-Backpack-Camping-Climbing-HIking-Bag-Luggage-Bags-p-1622720.html?rmmds=search&ID=46097&cur_warehouse=CN https://www.banggood.com/100L-Large-Capacity-Military-Tactical-Backpack-Outdoor-Hiking-Climbing-Camping-Bag-Travel-Rucksack-p-1589837.html?rmmds=search&ID=6175626&cur_warehouse=CN Again.. Probably not the prettiest things in the world, but who cares. I personally actually drag my newest RC to where i bash, tried lugging it around but at 30+lbs plus being unwieldy, i'm done with that option after one try. Two dog leashes, dragging it behind me.

  12. Fair comment regarding 4s. I like the size of 6s a seems big and I know it has slightly better build. If we were going to talk double amount of money the yeah no point but it’s “only” £100 and I can run it on 4s. Need to deal with my current FTX though.

  16. I have the 6S Senton, awesome machine. The 3S is far cheaper and still very fast, but will take a few hits. I prefer the closed wheel design of SC trucks when it comes to bashing, shorter arms and the body covering the wheels makes the cars that little bit tougher. If he really wants open wheel MT style, then maybe a 3S Kraton or Outcast? Be warned, the latest versions of Arrma are coming with horrible radio gear!

  17. I just bought an Volvo XC70 (2007) D5, I don't want to post a pic as it's not sporty enough looking at everyone elses wheels. But now I have a sensible daily, I can look at a fast car again.

  20. Absolutely disappointed so far. The shop I bought it form keep sending spares and tell me how to fix it but even they run out of idea at some stage and had to contact FTX customer service. Despite all the videos provided to the customer care they couldn’t tell what is wrong with the car. They asked me to replace part by part. When I finally thought this is now sorted as I managed to play for under an hour after 6 weeks ( during which reverse stopped working) today it wouldn’t work at all. I am not sure if I am unlucky or whether FTX is just unreliable.
