Alcohol will not help,you might become dependant on it in the long run Dont eat late at night,smoking dont help either,neither do tea or coffe,and dont go to bed with the tv on, Bedrooms are for sleeping in,so iff your in your room all day,watching tv,on the net,playing games consoles this will have an impact. Avoid sitting around all day,do something active,breaking a sweat every day will help you sleep,walking,cycling,going to the gym... Maybe the reason you can't sleep is because you're stressed/anxiety from the GCSE's ? I would say get out the house as much as possible,do something that takes your mind off it,even iff your in the shed lol There are supplements available over the counter such as nytol one a night,but dont expect to take one and fall asleep in 10 mins Iff it gets that bad,contact your GP and ask him/her for some Zopiclone,they'll knock you out in 20mins for 12hrs

Getting rid of the K&N might help, I'll be polite and use the word rubbish to describe it. I dont think they are proper buggy filters anyway, they're based on rocker cover breather filters for V8's and stuff like that.

The stock servo is actually very decent. But if you really want to upgrade get the KO Propo 3101. Edit: The HS 85 will work fine, but the KO is far better

And ???? This country has been turning into a storage yard for other countries stuff for years. Think were turning into a specialised parts manufacturing country. For example, Nuts and bolts, You can get them cheaper from china than to produce them here, Except i have a very good friend who owns a company that manufacture specialised nuts and bolts for the oil rig industry and the food industry. Here's got that much work he doesn't know where to turn next.

Hello Jack and welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, we all want to help you out. Personally I think that the micro DT is better than the micro T. It has a longer wheelbase, and a better looking shell. Well worth the little extra over a micro T. The best hop up you can do on these is the threaded wheel axles. Click me. These replace the "e" clips that hold the wheels on. (Very hard to get on and off) Here are a set for the front. Click me. There are plenty of hop ups here on eBay. Apart from the thread axle's above the majority of them are for show. And will in fact make the car weigh more. The best motor upgrade you can do is to get the Atomic BB motor. This will make the car much faster. Also for more speed there is a lipo battery available for the micro's. This will need a lipo charger to charge it. Here is a good cheap one. Click me.
