LST shoch conversion?

Depends on what your doing, I'd never advise LST shocks. If your racing buggy shocks are a better option, and if your bashing, they go through shock shafts fairly quickly, I'd stick with stock. After seeing the things your buying, you keep going with the bigger is better approach.

Make it wheelie? You have 2 cheap options, really stiffen up your rear suspension, or buy a spur with more teeth than your current, or a clutchbell with less teeth than your current. Expensive option is any decent 28 engine. The STS 28 is a very nice engine, can be picked up, new from ebay for around 80 quid!

Definatly, if ur still using the the 7.7's and want to wheelie, I highly reccommend 15T CB, and a 49T spur, you may want to buy a 52 while your at it too just to try it out. Run 25% nitro if your not already doing so, and don't use model technics, please! Good fuel and the right plug help immensly with the immediate power you'll get. Try a hot plug, if that makes your engine runn tooo hot, try one colder, and one colder and experiment!

WHat have you found to be wrong with the LSt shocks?

I have found them very easy to re-fill, and they work very well on my truck.

Also, with 8 shocks, such as with a Savage, it is twice as much work and twice as much chance of something going wrong.

I disagree, with 8 shocks, if you wreck the ones on one side, you can keep running using 6 shocks. The LST shocks....I broke 2 shock shatfs from small jump's, they where okay with titanium shafts but with standard they where weak.

If you can't wheelie with a 3 speed and standard wheels something is wrong there. Is your tuning right? Is you slipper tight?
