I'm new to this and have been considering: Sanwa Blazer Sport Sanwa Blazer not sure of the difference between these 2 except the sport is £10 cheaper Spectrum DX3 anyone know what the heavy duty servo is like Futaba Megatech 3PM 40FM or any other suggestions would like to put rechargable batties in it aswell be grateful for any help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you can, get a radio system that is compatible / upgradeable with the spectrum system such as the Futaba Megatech 3PK. Alternatively get the spectrum DSM system, you won’t regret it. Hawkeye Posted August 11, 2005 Share Posted August 11, 2005 It will accept rechargeable batts, it might even have a charging jack built in, bur dont count me on that, the reciver works from 3.6 volt to 9.6 so you can use some hefty voltage on the car to. nitromotorhead Posted August 11, 2005 Share Posted August 11, 2005 Yes it is just as ‘waz’ described; it has a charging jack and takes a rechargeable pack, the 9.6v JR type. Really it is far easer to use standard AA rechargeable. In fact I have a set of alkaline in at the moment and they have lasted for half gallon of fuel, and still going strong.
