Roon3y
Hi, im looking at buying a savage 3.5 at the end of the month and just wanted to know the pros and cons of it. I know it not the fastest one and i dont mind that as im not gonna race it i just wanna BASH it really hard!!!!!!!! Will it take it?
Samari
Yes, the Savage is the strongest RC there is. If you're bashing get the 4 spider gears (if might already come with them, I forget), get the MS air filter and a better servo. You won't be dissapointed with the Savvy. rc007
Yes get it, its by far the most bullet proof basher there is IMO, especially with a 21 engine as that won't touch the drive train. I've owned owned plenty of different rc off roaders and use them hard and the savage easily stands out as the strongest!!!
tango10
yeh its strong and slow and a totla nightmare to work on.
Merlin
Savage is without a doubt the toughest RC outta the box, the .21 may not be all that quick, but its certainly reliable. And i don't think its hard to work on, pretty easy anyway tbh...
BTCC Fan
how fast is the 3.5? it must be quicker than the 25 rtr as its a year newer! so if the 4.6 does 45mh it must do 40mph?
dazzi220
no the 3.5 is a savvy 21 with a few updates, i have the 21 and people complain its slow but i think its fine until you race someone with a 4.6 lol if you can push yer budget get a 25,faster, either way u won't be dissapointed with a savvy, my 21 engin is on its last legs and i'm still loving it hella sweet truck
