Nick Posted March 28, 2005 Share Posted March 28, 2005 Well I had a full run on my 14 cells today. They lasted ages! The speed was great, but the power was insane. I could pull wheelies in 2nd gear. Wheely bar time I think. So good on 14 cells rather than the rubbish 12 2400s I had. So much more power and speed. Had to keep checking the ESC - which stayed cool. My friend also has an E-Maxx and got the Gorilla Carbon fiber chassis and steering set-up for it. It worked really well for the few races he entered with it but as soon as he took it properly off-road and had a few tumbles it broke. I would only get carbon fiber gear if you do on road racing. MattyMaxx Posted March 29, 2005 Share Posted March 29, 2005 lol, i have the ESP wheelie bar, it holds up fine, but if your going jumping dont bother with any wheelie bar, just make a bumper which goes further back! if you land on the esp wheelie bar, you smash it, there weak as hell, only just hold up to brushless wheelies! you can see the wheels on the bar flex!
