I wonder, 16 cells?

I am wondering if to add another cell on to my 7 cell packs.

This would mean I would have 16 in my E-Maxx - but before anyone says the EVX doesn't take 16 cells (doesn't even take 14, hehe) this is for future plans.

I was so pleased with RC Mushy, that I want another 14 cells, but thought, if I am going brushless (long way off - questions to come) why not go for the big 16?

I charge my batteries on a Pro-Peak Varipulse, and they charge well at 3A, and take anywhere near 1 hour to do just 7 cells.

I will only be getting the extra cells when eventually I get near to buying a B/L system - thought I would start my research now, get the costs.

Does the Pro-Peak Varipulse charge 8 cells? Am I pushing it?

An extra cell won't increase run time, but voltage meaning power?

Thanks,

Nick.

Will go for it then. Just looked at charger, says it can do 9.6v packs so I'm in.

No 16 cells on EVX - didn't run 14 for 3 minutes. :)

Should be good to see who wins when we both have brushless running. :D
