Grumps
Hello, I'm looking to get back into what must be one of the most expensive hobbies I've experienced. Even Running Thunder Tiger cars cost us a fortune. A mate and I blew about 3 K on 1/8 scale cars and engines back in the early 2010's, we were young and stupid but managed to build a couple of cars that could actually hold their own. We wound up buying just about every thunder tiger spare from our local shop and market stall just to keep the things running. We had fun and were forever mucking about with set up etc. I could do with a few opinions about some of the RTR kits like the Rovan and the Carson buggies and trucks. I'm no longer interested in racing or spending thousands of quid. A mate and I just fancy a couple of 1/5 RTR kits to bash on the local fields. Thanks for any information or opinions people may have. Tara! 😁 Edited January 21 by Grumps
Nitroholic
For your budget...get a good used Baja. Plenty of spares, and they are reliable once sorted. Accident damage is down to the driver....
