Ziggy122
So it's nearly time to set yhe new years resolutions etc But what's your RC goals for 2025? Me? I've got 2 ideas which to show the world the fun of RC cars! 1 is a business idea the other is a Guide to where to play/have fun with your models in my Local area but the business idea is a slow burner atm as I don't have funds but the guide thing can be done now. but would be better with another model/bigger RC to mess around with! What's do you want 2025 to bring to you? Ziggy
Kpowell911
I think I said this last year, but maybe this year Ill finally get a Tamiya lorry to build up!
Lone-wolf
At the moment my rc goal is to sell 80% of my models both aero models and land based models, not giving up the rc cars just a major cull
stretch
Sell off the unused cars that have been gathering dust and get out more if the ones that are used.

Fred barlow
mines trim the fleet (cars and planes) and make the bedroom workshop a usable place again instead of a dumping ground so i can finish started projects, do some youtube related stuff to give the channel some substance,
MrCake
Same as last year and try and get out more to use them! Still need to find more, and better places to use them. Oh and probably trim the fleet a bit like others have said. Hoping 2025 starts with a less wet spring to get out sooner with them as 2024 spring was a total washout my way.
Ziggy122
I'd say I need to expand and use more for sure I've over past few days had an idea of making a mini 6x6 of an 8x8 by butchering 2 models up gotta do some research but I feel it could be done! SWF
My 2025 goal is to break the habit of building kits to bash about and then finding that I like them too much even use. Have a great year all!

Nitroholic
Hmm...this year... I want to get properly stuck in with my resin 3D printer and the vac former to start making scale bodies and parts for my fleet of micro helicopters. That, and to finally take the guts of my last 1/5 petrol and build a half track. Or maybe find a good way to put the motor into a 1/8 Savage chassis. If I am really organised...I might even get around to making a shell for my 6WD 4WS brushless Hyper 7. And give it some proper tyres on the back to replace the bald ones on there now.

I took the Scorpion out a few months back, the motor seized and killed the ESC. So I raided the parts bin and fixed it. Hoping to get back out there a bit more this year, but work and family get in the way.
Lone-wolf
thinking about this i really need to get in gear and sell of a lot of stuff, nearly all the fixed wing planes are to go about 7 of them, also both Tamiya touring cars to go and still thinking of thinning out the crawlers but no enthusiasm to make adds as nowt selling

I keep seeing the same ads on ebay and fb over and over for weeks/months.

I think a lot of it is people are still recovering financially from Christmas and are now thinking about summer holidays, I know personally there's quite a few RC cars and bits I fancy, which hopefully will be acquired later in the year Ps, I need to save up for when @Lone-wolf starts listing his cars 😁 Edited February 1 by wombat More text 1
