rc camera boat (underwater camera)

Guys, looking for idea`s for an rc boat that has a camera that can look down into the water, this is a fishing project where i want to try to see down to lake bed on a fishing lake, i would be happy to buy a budget bait boat from Alixpress to convert, the lake runs from about 4ft up to about 14ft and is weedy and snaggy, live view would be ideal but may not be possible from a submersed camera

If you modified the boat to have a perspex panel at the bottom under the waterline and mounted the camera airside looking down would that not accomplish what your wanting to do?

Not sure if it would work in the deeper water though it may show the weed beds and the action cam could be hooked up to a VTX for live video to my phone or a monitor, its one idea i am looking into
