New indoor track, North Shropshire / Staffordshire Border

Hi.

I’m considering opening a purpose built indoor racetrack on an industrial estate in North Shropshire.

 

My plan would be to create a track that can be easily adapted and used for a few different classes. 
 

I would like to offer memberships to the racetrack, and all members would be allowed access to the track 24/7. 
 

I would maybe start our own race/club night and also offer it to other clubs looking for a home.

 

What do you think of the idea? Has anyone done this before who could offer some advice?

24/7 access would be the biggest selling point for an indoor track. I don't know of anywhere else that has that indoors.

I agree, this would set us apart. We would need to charge a monthly membership, similar to a gym membership.
