2mths Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 (edited) So I bought an HBX 16889 Pro (from BG) at the end of July and have had it in my hands a few days now. I'm an RC noob and I'm amazed at the value & performance for the money. I can't drive it at full speed, so thank goodness the controller let's you dial things back. That said, I bought it with my 3 yo in mind and while he's driving it, I find myself wanting another for me. So if I get spousal approval, should I just get another? Or might it be worth me buying something that might be considered the next step (in an effort to proactively future proof). If the latter, what would people suggest? Thanks! It seems the Hyper Go is available in 1:10, 1:14 & 1:16 versions. (And boy did I get confused watching and reading about them until I realised that). I will add to a list of possibles for the future. I can't justify buying another for a while.
