Hi

I bought about 6 months ago. It has had 3 or 4 packs through it and is in good working order. It has some cosmetic damage, scatches etc.

It comes boxed and with everything in the box (2x sets of wheels, charger, 2x 2s Lipos and a cross tool... and the controller!).

£65 all in.

I am not really in the market for two.

I have only just bought my first RC (first in 30 years). I have not even driven it yet (controller battery issues).

Someone commented that I might want to get a Hyper Go (though there seem to be lots of different ones) and leave my HBX 16889 Pro for my 3 year old. 

 

I will keep the idea in mind though, in case one of my friends see's mine and expresses interest.

I see. I think your current car is much more off road than this. It might have been that you were recommended a truck version, rather than this road oriented version. With that in mind, this might not be the RC for you right now 🙂

Will I need a charger for the batteries. My noob-mobiles both came with a USB charger. 

Im happy to buy something for this & to better serve my others, but I'd appreciate some advice on what to get please?

Yes, it does come with a USB charger and two 2s batteries. The USB charger seems to work fine. My experience with chargers is limited to the one I own (and like) but is a sample group of 1! It is a SkyRC D100 but might be over the top for what you need.
