Hi guys.

 

Please note I have been involved with RCs for less than 2 weeks so please excuse my lack of knowledge 

 

so I changed my Tamiya motor to a sport tuned but it was running really hot (untouchable) and it was suggested I put a smaller pinion in.

i have done this but not it is like the pinion is not connecting with the next gear and just spinning freely, I have adjusted the motor mount to the pinion teeth (19) but nothing motor just spins away to itself,

 

any advice would really be appreciated
