I wont buy injora shocks no more i have a box of 1/10th ones that at somepoint will end up in trash

I agree with about the Injora 10 scale shocks, they're crap, bin fodder.

The shocks I've got for the trx4ms have been good apart from one set I bought first.

I think scx24 shocks go well on the cr18p. Injora do scx24 big bore shocks, they look quite nice.

Can't vouch for them but if they're like the later trx4m shocks they should be good.

Wow, there’s not a lot of articulation on the twin axles, maybe some tweaking and weight could cure that.

and again, the cab is tiny compared to the bed, and that goes for many of the smaller crawlers and the bigger 1/10th stuff. If your going for the “scale” look then the proportions need to be “scale” too.

now the 6x6 has been done, lets hope we get a 8x8 soon ppllleeeeaaaaseee!!!!

Im pretty close to cancelling pre order for the 6x6, seems a lot of people are now getting them but finding the propshafts are not even lasting one battery, not acceptable

Yeah, there is always some questionable parts used on most rc that look too fragile and of course a lot is down to personal tastes but id definitely expect more than 1 batteries worth!!!

I ordered 2 sets of rubbish shocks that arrived today, more money wasted, these are claimed to be oil filled....no they are not the oil leaks right out, but having opened one pack to check i have fitted them to the little blue Unitrak, what a pain in the posterior  that job was, i would of been much better getting Injora shocks

@Lone-wolf That's a bad do mate. If you paid PayPal, open a case.

I have agreed to keep the open pack but return the still sealed second pack, these are £19 a set plus post and not worth a fraction of this cost. Im really not having much luck lately with rc now the element gatekeeper is being a noisy pig yet again and TBH i just cant be bothered with trying to find out why and fix it, so that will be going like a bird.....Cheap

NB little update on the Element seems the motor might be on its way so no big deal will look for a replacement 540, shame it wont take a 550

That does look good, I'm quite getting into the mini crawlers now, initially bought the Utah to take on holiday and when I go walking, but after using it I can see some more being added to the collection 😄

That Texan Mini is looking great @Lone-wolf

I've been bitten by the micro bug and just brought the Fury/ Kratos mini a few days ago, i couldn't pass on the price. I think it's just the CR-18 and not a P or EVO though judging by the straight axles. it does seem to have the same electronics as the newer ones though so that's a nice bonus.

weirdly, mine seems to be going faster in reverse than forward. Is that common for these? Changing the polarity on the motor makes no difference. I'm starting to wonder if these are setup this way on purpose.

Seems some rc cars just do go faster in reverse my Element gatekeeper seems to do that but im looking at putting a Hobbywing 1080 in and re doing electrics on it

Yes the mini crawlers are really good these days and a lot of fun

Not had a lot of free time but have had time mulling over light bar or not...

Few years ago I dismantled a cheap LED key ring and hooked it up on a rig, one spare in the drawer so "be rude not to!!"

Printed a plate and surround, extended the wires and put the electrics under the spare wheel

Harvest/mini Texan is about done.....for now.

Very heavy brass wheels wit 63mm tyres and best of all oil filled shocks, a game changer
