Tightening torque for screws located at base of cylinder head of RCMK gas marine engine, model S254

Hello,

I need to loosen one of the four screws at the base of the cylinder head, of the 26CC RCMK gas marine engine, model S254, to install a small aluminum bracket.

This is to attach the throttle cable. Please, can you tell me what is the torque for the four screws located at the base of the cylinder head.

(see attached photo).
