Got it in, but the motor direction was wrong

Couldnt get it to connect to the LED Programmer….  It has to be the LCD older one….. luckily I have a bit of a fetish for Hobbywing and I found one unused

Im not sure the mesh is right, sounds very rough? Any ideas? Im using the preset motor mount and stock spur/pinion
