Maverick ion the same as?

Hi I have ordered another maverick ion rx for me and my boy to race with.The parts I ordered a few years ago were for the himoto spiton I think it was but the alloy parts for that seem to have disappeared.Is it the same as any other cars so I can order alloy bits without paying the maverick prices?ps I can't order from Ali express.

think it shared parts with one of the HSP models but bit better quality if i remember

Shared some parts with the Amewi 1/18 rigs, but not all (annoyingly).

Thanks guys I will look them up.I was going to get one of the new udirc rally cars but my sg1603's never go in a straight line so I thought the ion rx would be a better bet.

Yeah himoto barren/spino/mastodon etc.  are the same as the maverick ions. 

Himoto e18 is also a search term that will find the alloy parts 👍🏻

In what way? Wobbly or doesn’t centre properly? 
 

Wobbly can often be fixed/reduced with shims, not centring properly will usually be cheap servo/dodgy servo arm/loose servo saver.

They don't centre properly.Just a cheap servo as I have bodged a mini revo servo into one of mine and its a lot better but my boys brushed one is terrible.
