A daily delight on the forum is to see some over priced RCs on eBay, so we might as well have a topic for it...

I have one of these! I paid £105 for mine though!

 

Over kit it does have what look like TRF shocks, carbon towers and sway bars. Tamiya motors always sell well, too. 

 

Radio gear is half decent too. 

 

The detailed, loving description sells it for me! 🤷🙄

This is in stock  as i can buy it.  i know some people do put £9999  just to keep a place.

also seen 999 alot when many items are for sale  as some people just buy what they think is the best thing.

I'm with Guns - it's done to keep a listing open for an OOS item.  Yes you can click buy and pay near enough 10k but lets be honest - no one will and if you we're daft enough to i'm sure the seller can hop on a plane anywhere pick one up in person, hand deliver it to you and still turn a tidy profit.
