Son decided to push this car harder (good for him!) and we have first breakage! 😂

* Lost front driveshaft - easily replaced

* Worn out Spur Gear 48T - plastic??? 150137

Is there a metal version for this as I can't find one that fits this vehicle?

Thanks!

Didn't find any metal one but did find this one - RW Racing - RW32MQ

Seems to be some sort of harden plastic so will see how I get on with this.

But if you do know of a metal one, please comment here.

Decided to order another Quantum MT Flux (in Orange) as I am impressed with it. Plus I already have a few spare bits in my box.

it will be for my daughter as she got fed up with my old Mad Bull and its 2WD!!

Due to arrive tomorrow. 🥳🎉

Is there a metal/steel version of the plastic spur MV150137 ?

Answering my own question - yes there is - MV150270 - £13. Pricey but decent upgrade.

Can I find it to buy? Nope! Out of stock everywhere. 😂

Worn out once again (on the 1st Flux, my son's). Hence wanting the steel version. But as it's currently out of stock till end of this month, will order the plastic one for now to get this going.

Took a few weeks for the order to arrive as it was on back order. But finally got them.

Hopefully they will last longer this time.

My son has done an amazing cartwheel'ing of his RC earlier this afternoon.

Of course, this always ends with bad breakage- 2 x bent rear drive shafts!! I'm not able to bent them back in shape (as I don't have the right tools), so time to order a new set as it will be easier!
