JPK81
Hi All, I'm new to Crawling. I have a stock SCX10 II Honcho, and would like to add weight around the axles and wheels, keeping CG low. As I'm new, I'd like to start with budget options. Would Ebay, Atees, etc be any good? Any suggestions (incl. Beadlocks and tyres), with links would be a great help. Thanks for your time. DartmoorTrails
So much choice. There's a toss up between cheap overseas and RRP in the UK.Some of the Chinese stuff is quite good,.some really really carp and disappointing.I put weight down low on my scx10.2 by changing the axles out to SSD portals and going for their heavy knuckle weights but that costly!May be easier to link down stuff you're interested in and we can remark then? Some others may offer some solid solutions though [emoji106]Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
stimpy
There are some cheap hub weights and knuckles on eBay. Dependent upon what body you have and weight you carry etc you’ll most probably find that just front weighting will do you. Remember, non rotational weighting is much better than rotational. Ie hubs not wheels. there are of course other ways to lower your COG....
