I’ve had a couple boats in the past, but never built one, thought I would give one a go, this has a pre-moulded abs hull so it should be fairly straight forward for a boat building noob like me, I won’t be starting the build for a while, but thought I would share a few pics 👍

You might want to re-consider that AJ, marine ESCs are watercooled, which in a boat, is needed, even going slowly there is still a massive amount of load on everything.

They're not that much more expensive but very worth paying the extra for IMO.

One of Rays old boats set on fire due to the ESC letting go and that was a marine one, the hoses were wrong that were on it from the shop and it didn't pump water fast enough and let go.

Underside reinforcing in, at the same time I had to set a curve to the front section of the upper hull, I done this by pining it to my board and then putting a 1/4” block at the front before gluing the reinforcing spars, my pencil was the perfect size......
