Lipo is lithium... Lithium polymer

In layman's terms...

The small box (aka esc) that's connected to the motor will have a max voltage rating...

Its likely to be roughly 12.5 volts... (3s)

You're trying to plug in a 14.4v battery (4s) so your supplying it with too much voltage....

When this happens... Most esc will simply shut off to protect vital components from overheating/shorting out.

So you need a 3s lipo.... Or other 12v battery

At my bathtub  the bait boat works fine..

I think if  i change my lipo battery (4s) to 3s  as you said  will be ok.

Thank you for your help guys. I appreciated a lot

and https://hobbyking.com/en_us/zippy-compact-6200mah-3s-40c-lipo-pack.html

the first is bigger 8000mah than the second 6200mah. but the first has 30C and the second had 40C. what is this?  if i buy the second battery  with the 40C, is there any problem for my boat?  How can i check that?
