capri-boy
They do look good. As is widely known I run, and have ran a few HK bits - by and large i've no complaints. Spares longevity hasn't been an issue, planning ahead means ordering from the international warehouse isn't that annoying either. I think the only recurrent issue i've had are esc's - too many failures, running stock settings in rtr's inc, after just a handful of uses. A few too many DOA's too. Servo's have been fine, also radio gear and motors it just seems to be the esc's - no one 'type' in particular either - Sky RC and hobbywing 'clones' included. I've toyed with a boat a few times, but having never spend any real amount of time with one i'm still on the fence.
Oh How Original
Which version of the Session is that you have Sean? It looks like the newer 'Hero Session' which replaced a Session 4. Be interested to know how you get on with it, I'm tempted to get one myself as a back up or a handlebar cam for a bike, I run the Hero 4 on my helmet currently and for RC stuff. So far I've not seen any RC videos on the Session though, so although I'm going off topic, your opinion would be valued
sean-vrs
I'm new to boats aswell and having owned one now for 3 weeks I had to buy more as there lots and fun and a whole new learning curve which I like these are inexpensive for new ARTR kits so I'll see how the electrics hold up, a combination of prop size and current draw are hopefully helped out with the ESC being watercooled as I've found in the last heat is enemy number 1.. I'll keep the thread alive, I honestly can't recommend enough getting a boat in your arsenal super fun to be had!

It's exactly the same camera though, I think they give you one extra mount in the Hero Session box. I almost bought one on eBay, as I still have a 57.50 voucher as well and with bits and bobs I've sold lately it'd cost me about 45quid out of my own pocket, so the temptation is really there. Problem is, some YouTubers really over edit the footage, which I don't edit mine at all, so it's hard to judge how the footage looks raw. Oh How Original
I also bought one of those big multi accessory pack things, some of it went in the bin lol, kept most of the mounts but totally forgot I'd bought two before for my SJCams, so I now have 3 or even 4 of most mounts
PixelJunkie
I just ordered these exact same boats in the sale, always wanted a boat so decided to take the plunge! Excuse the pun. Any advice or tips from your experience with these 2? I might be swapping the esc in the inception for the HW 120a version. Looking forward to it [emoji1303]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I left them both default and it's far to high just throw water out the back as aposed to prepulsion, couldn't be happier mate there a great buy at the moment
