I have an RC Mallard somewhere in the loft. Real ducks couldn't stand it and wouldn't come anywhere near it. Did you make the heads turn? I had the head connected to the rudder so it would turn opposite to the rudder.

What a good idea for the rudder to turn the head,will defo have a look at this when the bad weather sets in..
