Topic Title: This is the first thing a person will see, so make sure it displays clear and easy to understand information about what you are selling. Ensure the titles accurately describe the items you are selling, "Clearout" or "Lots of things" helps nobody. IF a mistake is made in the title once the thread has been posted this can be modified by clicking "use full editor" button at the bottom of the screen.

The Item(s) For Sale: Be honest with your descriptions of what you are selling this will result is less post sales problems for the seller and buyer. Please pay attention to the following points.

Item Description - Add as much information as you can including condition, price, payment methods and contact info. If you are to list an ebay auction please make an effort to write about the item don't just post a ebay item number. Please note you must own the item you are selling, selling on behalf of friends is not allowed on our forum.
 

Photos - Photos are required when the thread is created and must be taken by yourself (not taken from the manufacturer's website.) To find out how to upload photos click here. The only exceptions are items under £10 in value. If there are no pictures displayed at the time of posting the Ad may be removed without warning. Please note to reduce the possibility of scams we suggest that any high value item has at least one picture with the username of the seller and the date visible. As a buyer always ask for proof of ownership of what people may be selling.
 

Payment Methods - Please note while its down to the buyer on which method of payment they use we suggest that paypal goods is the best option as it offers a small level of security to the buyer and seller. Please do not ask for payment via gift as these will be removed as they offer no protection to the buyer/seller much like bank transfer or cash. If selling or buying via cash make sure its face to face only. If you have sold an item don't spend the funds until the buyer is happy and has received the goods.  Avoid "swaps" unless they are face to face.
 

Questionable Items - Items such as weapons (knives, firearms crossbows etc), Adult materials (ie age restricted goods like tobacco, vapeing and alcohol), Animals/Pets are prohibited from sale on the forum and any thread listing such goods will be removed and warnings given.

 

Sales Ad Management and Posting rules
 

Managing your sales Ad - Please do not "bump" your advert more than once per day, If you have already commented on your sales ad you may not bump the Ad until the next day. Excessive spam comments will be removed, If we feel its necessary warnings may be given for excessive spam on adverts. 
 

Posting on sales ads - Please only post on a sales ad if you are interested in buying the item, Comments that have no relation to buying the items for sale will be removed and warnings may be given.
 

When an Item is Sold - Please change the title to sold. DO NOT EDIT THE TOPIC of a sold item as if there is a problem with the sale there is no information on the items sold. This kind of behaviour will get you banned from selling on the forum.
