@Partydaz🤣 Well that's an idea in my head for later :good:

@MrCake DR8 ooks cool. I want to fpv one of my basher, probably 1/8.

Tje DR8 body looks ideal for attaching fpv equipment.

I looked online to try and get the DR8 body but it looks like I'd have to buy it in separate parts.

Post winter shake down for @Skyesgaming's TT02 and DT03.  Just half a pack through each to check they're all tickety boo.  Also got a full pack through my Pirates 3.  Considering to cost roughly half what a 6s typhon would cost.  It's really holding up well.  Still want to retire it and get a hobao truggy.  But if it holds up well enough to the abuse this summer I may delay that another year.  Also birthday present holding up great 😄😄PXL_20250309_110752542.thumb.jpg.1a510293f0b61dbe476ee509d9f0fcdc.jpgPXL_20250309_110750240.thumb.jpg.405e169000863e54fbdb21f6b6c40102.jpgPXL_20250309_110744088.thumb.jpg.b3650c4b06a5d9c0e18a7a39c9709905.jpgPXL_20250309_110740060.thumb.jpg.36a1281f5357c1ec479cee525b8988d4.jpgPXL_20250309_110735563.thumb.jpg.82f1bd049fc31c6540c562b30ce7ee1b.jpg

you got some cleaning ahead of you now

To be honest it's one of my favourite parts of this hobby.  It'll need a water clean this time though. So strip the lectics, clean those with my dry method. Then a nice warm bath for the chassis in the tub

If you save all the mud off them you could build a track in the garden, lol

Scoop the chucks out let it dry and the rest will fall off next time it's ripping about 😃. So glad it's getting closer to warmer weather when all we have to do is dust them off after a run.

Yeh the good old days mate :good:

The past can keep memchanical speed controllers though 😠.  I used to call them that cause the little 4 pack of AAs would drop a batt and the sods would get stuck open on full .  Gawd bless BEC

Very pretty though mate.  You gonna use the same blue as the NSX?

Broke more dog bone pins on 2 of the groms. Has to be almost a dozen now. Original plastic cvd’s and GPM ones.

Anyone else having this problem with these groms? I love them but snapping pins every time I take them out is getting boring quick!
