NOFX
I fitted an rx/esc combo in the associated mt28. The only problem is that the servo is running backwards. Can't reverse it from the the tx either 😔

Popular Post Alex97
The big 1/10 rally tires didn't look right on the escort so I trimmed them down to make them fit m chassis wheels (minilites are on order). When M chassis rally was a thing it's was common for people to remove three rows of blocks then glue them back together, I also lined the wheel with fibre tape to add a little more strength. It worked kinda well and for £5 a set it's much cheaper than the tamiya m chassis rally tires. I also lined the body with fibre tape to stop any cracks.
Popular Post BigGinge
Seen as how the rain has stopped me taking the new build out today I managed to get a few minutes to fix a couple of things. First was a misplaced body post that was stopping me putting one of the body clips in and the second was fitting some Velcro down the sides of the body to help keep some of the filth out when it does get a chance to hit the dirt.
Popular Post Hell horn.
Got the x-maxx and rock crawler out this morning. X-maxx was sent over a lot of jumps at full pelt. Came back asking for more every time. Rock crawlers loved it. Fantastic few hours bashing real made me feel better this morning. Was feeling a bit down with being off sick still because of the stroke. Thai really did make me feel a bit better. Trx is my mates. Toyota is my build. Both did really well. Only slight issue with my car. Front grill /lights came off half way around the crawl. But ace fun to test out the car for the first proper time
Popular Post Ant.p
Ive had enough of the hyper 7’s tearing tyres off the rims caused by ballooning. Have had a go at banding my buggy wheels with 36kg fishing wire. Hopefully it will make a positive difference. Popular Post billyb_imp
Sadly we’ve had to start packing away the two TRX-4’s because we have to go home tomorrow, although home is not far away, been away in the caravan for a couple of weeks, what a great idea to bring the trucks with us. We have never made so much use of any RC cars. Also done a good few upgrades on them a really enjoyable time. Luckily the site owner was happy for us to use them on site and also pointed us in the direction of some woodland that he owned and other waste ground that he is going to re-develop. I have also ordered a couple more for projects in the coming months a TT-02 S and a CC-01 Defender 90.

Popular Post Shergar
Dodged the storms and spent an hour looking for mud 😉 IMG_4004.MOV I bought this Scout to figure/learn what my crawler wish list was, then buy something better once I’d killed it, but this things easy and cheap to fix and you don’t feel guilty ragging it 😂 I chewed the gears, and it was under £4 for a new set 👍 I will say the Holmes 35T Trailmaster I’ve dropped in is far better in this terrain than the Crawlmaster, mainly for the drag brake effect.
