dazzi220
right, when u buy a shell you cut it out and drill the mounting holes right. with the el camino you do exactly the same but the bumper is seperate from the rest of the shell. Peeps tend to do the el camino in the same way the would any other shell, they trim it, line it up and drill the body mount holes then when they've finished spraying it they screw the bumper on and realise that the shell won't fit cos the bumper on the shell is squashed up againts the savvy's bumper its really easy I'm just confusing you, just remember this: spray the bumper first then trim your body, then cut out and screw the bumper in place THEN do the body mount holes

dazzi220
I've bent a dogbone on my 4.6 shud I just replace stock of is it worth investing in something stronger?
madmanluke
the dog bones youv got in your 4.6 are the heavy duty ones. in most cases the stock stock ones (ones that come with the 25rtr for example) are actualy stronger than the heavy duty ones. heavy duy ones aint a lot of ebay any way tbh, just replace it. Samari
I'm using the HPI HD ones are they do seem to hold up better than the stock ones. There is no wear on them at all after about 20-30 tanks whereas the stock ones started to come apart after the first run (with the .28 that is)
