  3. Today
  4. Its been out quite a wee while now so issues should be fixed I hope
  5. Yeah I’ve already watched that, typical first off the production line kit. I’ve not encountered any issues so far 👍
  6. FYI came across this on my YT feed https://youtu.be/WthDmQyd2JA?si=1uLB97onY0QJv1gw
  7. Decided to convert to brushless so this is surplus to requirements ,, runs well plenty of compression ,, g320 with mad max tuned pipe for 5t /dbxl ,, enclosed clutch carrier for 5t and switchblade killswitch ,, can also chuck in the fuel tank if wanted ,, outerwares fitted on filter ,, switchblade will need connectors fitting as I snipped the wires after the last run with the intention of doing them realised I needed to get connectors £200 the lot Screw for the exhaust mount to the crankcase cover not all the way in , just chucked exhaust on for the add

    TT-02 rear axles

I need a c3 axle or a pair of c6’s if anyone can help? built my first ever tamiya kit. Got it running today and didn’t realise how little grip they have. Took it outside, slid straight into the shed and bent an axle. Not a great start!
  9. What a kit, I can see why it’s so expensive now, I didn’t realise all the cross bracing were aluminium Ive also built the shocks and diffs, they are all standard 1/8 buggy sized stuff
  10. Yeah I thought your photo showed them like that. But in mine those balls on the left are too small for the top. I measured the balls and the openings with a gauge. My picture shows the smaller ones on the left and the bottom of the shocks are smaller than the tops. So that’s the way round I’m trying to fit them. would be nice if they just gave you 8 of each ball. edit: got it now. Although the bottoms are slightly smaller, there’s more give because they’re plastic. So yeah, one with lip both sides goes at top.
  11. The top hollow balls have an o-ring each side. In the picture above it's the one on the left.
  12. Need to fix the shocks for the Typhon and was seeing what type people run? Thanks
  13. The ones I’ve put in the bottom take very little force. If I try those ones in the top they fall out they’re so loose. just ordering one of those lcg chassis’ now along with some extended brass hubs and a light kit. Only want to bump an order up as I want one of their low profile servo’s for my tamiya. any excuse😂
  14. No worries dude nice one. It's normally in a case but I'll make sure in future 👍🏻
  15. @TommyC yes, all the stock parts will fit that chassis 👍
  16. @TommyC I have one of those chassis shown in the link. One of the hollow balls should push in to the top cap with very little force. I have a set of those shocks spare. I'll open them up and have a look.
  17. Does the 4ch rx take the same connectors as the others? Looks like the connectors on my maverick atom which had ever so slightly different spacing on the pins than the usual black connectors.
  18. The one on the left is slightly smaller and I’ve put this in the bottom of the shocks, as they’re slightly smaller than the tops, with o-rings. These just pushed in. Can’t get the other bits in the top though. Got them in the freezer at the moment to see if that helps! on another note, anyone used these? https://www.injora.com/products/injora-lcg-carbon-fiber-chassis-kit-frame-girder-for-1-18-trx4m does all the stock stuff fit on there nice?

  20. Try placing them into the shock. One will fit nicely in the aluminium top cap and the other will press into the rod end on the shock shaft.
  21. Beat me to it I was just about to post this. Looks exactly the same other than the price. Rather save the £40 and wait 5 - 7 days from aliexpress or banggood
