  1. I'm flipping clueless so you could have called it anything and I'd have believed you! [emoji23]
  2. Now I think about it it's pretty obvious it doesn't have reverse.....used to electric motor RC.....just found throttle trim on the transmitter and think it's sorted. Will take it for a spin tomorrow as it's getting dark now. I'm not going to damage it by not having an exhaust am I?
  3. Ah right...ok. Never knew that. So is pull the trigger is go. Let go of trigger idle and push trigger brake then? No haven't checked the end points....how do I do this?
  4. That is the same as mine. Is the brake lever sprung loaded? If you take the servo forward does the brake lever spring back to release friction?
  5. The servo works thr correct way. I think it's because there's no stop on what I presume is the clutch? There's a stop then a spring then the clutch arm. There's nothing on the other side to it so it's engaging the clutch but then not releasing it from what I can see...?
  6. Got the right controller and it all works!! [emoji106] but....... Start it and it takes off unless I put it in reverse. Is there some sort of set up? If I hold reverse it stops otherwise it's off. Idles alot higher when controller is turned on too.
  7. http://www.freeprawnracing.co.uk/cy-36mm-big-bore-kit-28.5-30.5cc.html Is this what I'm looking for? Cheap as chips....
  8. Thanks but I won't be going too far with it. Changing the subject now but can anyone direct me where I can get a cylinder head for my engine at a decent price? Turns out the snapped bolts have already been attempted at and he has cracked around the thread. Seen them for
  9. Thank you for confirming. No doubt I will have many more questions for you all in the coming weeks
  10. Turns out I might have been given the wrong transmitter.....find our tomorrow! Will look into this kill switch though! Thanks again all of you
  11. Ha, ok I will look into that. Only cost me
  12. If that's all it is I will make one up or just buy one. Literally bought this yesterday. Don't know anyone who is into the rc scene around here yet. If someone can confirm which pins on which channel (seems like 3?) I will make one up. Thanks for your reply. Hopefully someone else can shed some more light on the compatibility.
  13. Hi all, what an awesome forum!! I have just become the owner of a Maverick Blackout mt. It's got a few issues with it hence why I only paid
