  1. I've just purchased a second hand RS4 project for next to nothing but I'm going to need a few parts. From what I can see I need the brake cam pin and the plastic lever that goes ontop, throttle linkage (and brake) the 2 piece servo horn, I think that will be it for now, I've got lots of spare fuel line and I'm able to 3D print the receiver housing/servo mounts. Does anyone here have anything going spare? Or even a donor model that has been wrecked or stripped. Thanks! 115895_vol02_rtr_nitro_rs4_3_evo_060315_e.pdf
  2. Okay, I think that was the answer he wanted to the question anyway 🤔
  3. I think what he means is swap the routing of the lines to move them away from the exhaust. I'm pretty sure the issue is just a manufacturing defect 🤔
  4. Could it be a manufacturing defect such as the oil galleries not being aligned or something like that? Just seems very odd to me, there is so much smoke, if the smoke only indicates fuel being burnt, doesn't the fuel carry the oil, so it indicated a lot of lube, right?
  5. Looks to have a fuel filter in the image, I've circled it, it seems to match the online images too. I thought the nitro burnt clean, the oil additive is what creates the smoke? I'm not challenging your answer it just seems conflicting to everything else you read online, what's the best way to tell if its getting enough lube or not?
  6. I can see a fuel filter on the side of the tank? Surely the amount of smoke indicates a high level of lubrication? Even when it clears up it is still leaving a nice trail behind it, its not even WOT too?
  7. Hi All, Just brought a mint second hand trophy truggy, I want to change the pinion to a 17t but cannot find it listed anywhere on the spares or the upgrades for that particular model. Does anyone have a link to one that will fit? Also, I follow the owners club thread and the links for the upgraded clutch shoes, flywheel and other parts are dead, can anyone shine any light on that? Thanks In Advance! Sam :D

    Nobel NB4

So... Today I set up my NB4 and changed my throttle servo for a high speed alturn USA servo and when I turned the gear on the servo began to spasm almost, and it just died, it was very hot on the bottom of the servo too tried with other tx and rx and nothing, it's dead. It has in the spec that it is analogue, my steering servo claims to be digital (from amazon). in the Nobels menu, you can change from digital to analogue servos and it was set to digital, would this of killed the servo? I'm so confused! Tried with a high torque alturn servo and it started to do the same, I quickly unplugged it and changed the setting to digital, re-plugged and it was better but not normal if that makes sense? I want to add the second rx to my brushless sct but don't want to kill the servo in it! Hope someone Can help me 😁!
  9. I've done some digging and maybe found a pull start... I'd greatly appreciate any further help 😁
  10. So, some 6 years ago I purchased a dead revo 2.5r and fitted a Picco 26 Max and the big block kit and reverse gear delete etc. So I'm sorting things out and I find the car in 2 pieces. For a reason unknown to me, the engine isn't attached. Luckily I'd filled her up with after run oil so she still rotates nice and free. I can remember the last time I ran the car the OWB failed and chewed the hell out of the pull start, maybe that's the reason I gave up? Who knows! Anyway.... I want to bring her back to life but I'm scratching my head as I know these engines aren't made any more so parts are scarce... Or are they? I don't know! From what I can tell this is what I'll need to get her in a somewhat restored state, I'm hoping there's a guru out there willing to help me with advice and some links?: Complete new engine mount set, the mount on the car has cracked and the mount on the engine looks screwed (reading an old forum post of mine, I think I crossthreaded a hole and bodged it up. Complete throttle and break linkage, it's missing altogether... Throttle servo, maybe a high speed alturn USA? its seized solid New electronics box and servo box (lids missing) Now onto the engine... The complete exhaust is missing so I'll need: New exhaust, new one way bearing, new pull starter.. Possibly A new glow plug and definitely a new air filter.. You guessed it... Its missing! I'm begging there is a RC car god looking down on me and one of you wonderful people can help! Thanks!!
