  1. You may need to loosen the brake or change the glow plug as you've just run-in the engine.
  2. Hi all, Recently my pullstart would accasionaly come out without me pulling it very hard. basically it's not turning the engine over at all because it seems to just slip through. this problem only happens 20% of the time but i'm worried it;ll get worse. any ideas what the problem is?
  3. Glad that it worked out for you
  4. Had the same problem. People were saying crazy things like 5 turns out on the HSN but it wouldnt go. It's 3.5 turns out for HSN (has the copper sleeve) Half a mil out from flush on the LSN For the slide gap i'd just use the trim until it runs for at least 60secs without dying.
  5. Ive had my hyper 7 tq2 for a couple of weeks and i know what you mean; I used to jump out my skin when it suddenly revved lol
  6. my power box thing where the switch is had some bad soldering so the power was intermittent and the wire would only work when it was in contact with the thingy. Could it be a job for the souldering iron?
  7. My uncle had a GO engine in his car and it was useless. i haven't any experience of the other two though sorry.
  8. just turn the idle screw in clockwise and trim it down as it heats up; that's what I do
  9. I had this problem a day or two ago where the car's servos would simply lose power and wouldn't move. I took the batteries out and replaced them and it worked again. Unfortunately however it happened again today and I tried the same process of re-installing the full power batteries and to no avail. It seems like the receiver may not be the problem as it's not making a normal humming tone; this suggests to me that it has no power :/ Is this a common fault? and is there an easy repair? thanks
  10. My shop didn't have dynaglo so I bought some duraglo 25. Is this good for the hyper engine?
  11. I did this the other day and was really embarrassed when I realised it was the knob on the controller which limits the throttle
